When I was trying to update SP Page Builder Pro from 3.7.1 to 3.7.12. The update process thrwowing the following error message.

Warning

Error connecting to the server: 403 Before updating ensure that the update is compatible with your Joomla! installation. You are strongly advised to make a backup of your installation before you start updating. × Error

Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?option=com_product&task=download.download&product=extension&id=37&sub=1.

I tried manual update that was also failed.

I am not sure. I did not find any issue. I installed the latest version manually. Auto update sometimes does not work due to server issue. Anyway, please accept the answer if you have no other issues.
