How To Combine Joomla ACL With SP PageBuilder

Hi guys,
I would like to create a small website, where I will be the Super User and two other persons should be able to edit their own page only. I will use SP PageBuilder for all pages. Can I give a user his own access thru Frontend Editor and only for his own webpage? Do you have a link for me to the right part of your documentation?

I have absolutely no idea what I am doing...
On the website www.040tv.nl I have three SP PB pages under the Main Menu item Articles: Stichting (Z)onder Dak Radio JND Licht op Eindhoven
In Joomla User Groups I created the Group Radio JND under Manager. In Joomla Users I created the User radiojnd. I assigned the User radiojnd to User Group Radio JND. For the SP Page Radio JND I changed the permissions for User Group Radio JND to Allowed.
Now I go to the front of the website, on the Contact page I log in being user radiojnd. Now I see the SPPB Edit Page button on every page, which is understandable because the user has logged in. However, on his own page Articles - Radio JND the Edit page button says: Checked Out.
Now how can I solve this?
Please look at the login information for the Administrator.
