Helix Ultimate Compatibility With EasyProfile Tooltips

I use EasyProfile on my site, which allows me to display instructional tooltips that appear when the user hovers over input boxes when creating a profile. For example, if a user hovers over a field that allows them to post a link to a video, a tooltip will appear with text explaining what format the video should be in, etc. This is accomplished using the "title" html attribute. There is a spot in the Joomla! backend where the text for these tooltips is entered. This all worked fine for my site when I used a Gantry template in the past, but since switching to Helix Ultimate, this only works some of the time. Using the "Inpect" feature of Google Chrome, I have discovered that for some inputs, the "title" attribute is never set, and so my tooltips are not showing up like they are meant to. The support team at EasyProfile suggested that the cause of the issue is the switch in templates, but they were unable to provide any concrete suggestions for a fix. I am wondering if you have encountered similar problems in the past with switching templates, and if so, if you could offer some suggestions for how to fix my problem. I'd be happy to provide more information as needed, and thank you in advance for your help.

Could you please be specific about which inputs, the "title" attribute is not there kindly... so that I can have a quick look at the issue?

When I go to create to profile, fields of type "textarea," "video," and "link" are not generating tooltips as they should be. For example, look at the field I have titled "Video." The text which should be displayed as a tooltip is stored under the "title data-content" attribute of the label, not as the "title" attribute of the form. For another example, the "Description" field directly above the "Video" field is exactly the same. Is there maybe a way to display the "title data-content" attribute of the label the same way the "title" attribute is displayed as a tooltip?

Here is a link to the page: https://telementalhealthtraining.com/create-an-account/ You have to select "Yes" to the prompt "Allow Clients to find you."

Here I have attatched a snippet of the code as viewed through Chrome's "inspect" feature. In the red box is the content of the tooltip that was displayed using our old setup with Gantry. In the blue box is the form element that should be displaying the tooltip. If I edit the code manually in Chrome and add "title='test'" to the blue box element, I get the desired effect.

Hi,

I have checked the same thing with our Raw Helix Ultimate Template and found out the general tooltip is functioning without any extra component there.

Please have a look into the following screenshot:

https://prnt.sc/19bj0i5

You will find there it is working inspite of the 'title data-content' attribute!

So, I think this is not the case or not related to our template maybe.

Best Regards
