Hi

Im still having an issue with trying to use the frontend editor.

I duplicated a page on my site in SPPB ... named [ Menu Prompts | IVRs] renamed it - Voiceovers I made sure in the MAIN MENU that menu TAB, that there is no-scroll CSS class in Helix Menu Options.

When I then try to use the FRONTEND editor for the - Voice Over page in SPPB... it still has the same issue?

It will be easier for you to login... I will need your IP address as I have AdminTools running.

I have supplied login details in the HIDDEN CONTENT

Login.. go to SPPB and click on the Fronted editor for this page:

Hello there,

Apology for the delay, first of all.

Please deactivate the AdminTools for a while and let us know so that we can have a quick look in it.

Thanks!

Hi Muntasir Sakib,

In the past to support team have supplied their IP address, which I have added in to the white list in Admintools which has allowed them to login.

I'd prefer not to deacitvate it.. so if you provide your IP - I will add this to the list so you can login, as I have already provided you with the login details above.

Thanks !

Hi Muntasir,

That's your computers LOCAL network IP, not your public internet IP, which is what I need.

It should be something like (see hidden)

Hi Muntasir,

This happened as your IP was automatically blocked by admintools, when you first tried to login in incorrectly.

I have deleted the IP from now being blocked so you should now try again.

Is your public IP still the same? (See Hidden Details)

Hello there,

I am sorry to say but you have put the wrong license key in SPPB. Please see the screenshot here as reference. Not to mention, your license key is located in your dashboard inside your profile section on our official site here. Please collect the license key and put it in the right place and save it. Clear the browser and Joomla cache after doing so. This is the first thing you should do.

Let us know the update after that.

Thanks!

Hello Michael,

This disabled row created the problem. I have deleted that and the front-end started working again. As the row is completely disabled, so it has no use to be there, I believe so.

This is all about the solution. Check your site now.

Please, close the post by accepting the most accurate answer so that others can find the solution easily as well if you have no further queries.

Thanks!

Thanks... but why does having a single ROW disabled during the production stage of build a page, crash the editor...?

I would of belived that having a ROW disabled - this should 'not' effect the frontend editor?

Hello Michael,

Exactly, you are on point. A row is disabled to not has nothing to do with the front-end editor. But the problem occurs when addons have overrides. In most cases, overrides create the problems. And in the disabled row, there are addons which are overriden, that's why that disabled row collide with the front-end editor.

I hope I can make myself clear to you.
