Website Looks Different On Localhost / Web

I develop my site local on a synology-NAS. Access via localhost shows the correect web-page. Acces via remote is completly different. Menu-bar on the bottom. site content visible. I deleted cache, but still different.

How does it look in localhost? And what did you mean by 'remote'?

In the meatime, I delete browser-cache, dropped cache in Joomla and restarted the NAS. Now it´s fine.

Accepted AnswerRight now it´s solved. As it seem, it had nohting to do with Helix/Sp Page builder.
