I don't know how better to describe it. All of the settings tabs in the Educon template are things like COM_TEMPLATES_PRESET_FIELDSET_LABEL, etc. Also all of the individual item settings on the page are the same such as HELIX_PRELOADER or HELIX_GOTO_TOP

Also, the links in the template for the Helix3 documentation do not work. Both give a 404 error.

I need to know what to do with the strange settings file that you include with the installer files. I've never had to insert a settings file for any other template before so not sure what to do with it and with the documentation not working.....

I have installed the educon_template_j3_v3.0 and the most recent Helix 3 framework plugin downloaded off of your website. I have tried to reinstall the template but it still does this. Running Joomla 3.9.28 or PHP 7.4.22
