Are you update it already? Its not compatible yet. Our team is working on it. It may take some days more.

Upgrading to Joomla 4 right now in production sites is not recommended. There are many third-party extensions like ours that are not fully compatible yet. It is better to wait at least a couple of weeks to see how things are going. Meanwhile, we will update our products accordingly.

what is the ETA for the SP Page Builder to be compatible with J4?

When update to Joomla 4 there is a Problem with the SP Page Builder Database in Administrator. One Problem: the table ...sppagebuilder have the wrong typ or wrong attribute on the column "createdon" with typ "Datetime" from File "2.0-2016-11-04.sql" the same for column "modified"

i have this problem on a old Installation and on your Quickstart for Ultimate2 beta
