Just to be sure, did you try to clear your Joomla and browser cache after updating, please?

And there are other thing to try- You may check by toggling CSS and js compression in template settings.

By way of confirmation, I've also experienced this. Had to restore the site to a previous update. Thankfully I'm compulsive about that.

and not solved the issue its same Colors, Icons, Nav Bar All Broken canvas menu problem

In my case, it appears the custom.css file is not being included.

When I include it (in custom code), the problems gets better. Not fixed, but better.
