You can create a logo or use any image you want and upload it here as shown in the documentation link and the screenshow below. Once you insert it this way, it will appear on Front end in your site like you want.

Have you followed the steps in the documentation link I have shared above to show the logo? It will work that way. There will be no need to create a new module for logo.

When you went to template and themis template // options // basics // comming soon and enabled "coming soon" toggle button to publish the "coming soon" page, there was another option to insert logo for the coming soon page. Have you inserted any logo image there?
