Hi all,

I was following the update video from Toufiqur but my system get crashed. First I was updating SPBP then the Framework and after that Joomla. Good that I was doing an Backup before. I restore it back to Joomla 3.10. SPBP and Framework is still updated. Here a few Screenshots from all.

For upgrading to Joomla 4, please follow the documentation and make sure that you have completed all the processes mentioned there.

I follow that instructions but will not work. Can it be that there a problems with multilanguage sites?

Hi all, I have exactly the same problem. I am coming from a 3.10.1 version and wanted to upgrade to the 4.02 Joomla. I got warnings for a lack of compatibility for:

  • System - SP Page Builder Pro Updater (Plugin: 1.1)
  • System - SP PageBuilder (Plugin 1.4)
  • System - Helix3 Framework (Plugin 2.5.8)

Before i did different updates in special for SP Page Builder Pro 3.7.13, SP Simple Portfolio 2.0.2 und Revibe Version: 2.3. I would also appreciate any help!

Hello Werschmoeller,

Please do not upgrade to Joomla 4 or higher right now as Helix3 is not compatible yet with Joomla 4. Our dev-team is working on the compatibility and the framework and the templates will be compatible soon.

Unfortunately, the problem still exists. I would like to switch to J4 in a timely manner. I have installed the latest version, but I still receive a compatibility warning from Joomla.

  • Helix3 - Ajax: Plugin: 2.5.6
  • System - Helix3 Framework: Plugin: 2.5.8
  • System - SP PageBuilder: Plugin: 1.4
  • SP Page Builder: Administrator: 3.7.15
