Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe you don't know when you have update the Template then the new template JSON file replaced with your existing settings. In this case you should put your custom css code inside the custom.css file.

How to create custom.css file

Go to the file location and create an custom.css file

templates/shaper_helixultimate/css/custom.css

I don't use custom file, the error occurred after I upgraded to the new version of Helix.
