Hello Joomshaper... after I upgraded SP Page Builder Pro and Helix Framework yesterday my custom header appears incorrectly. The Menu and Menu Right have swapped positions.

It used to look like this...

with the SUBSCRIBE button (Menu Right), at the right hand side.

Now it looks like this...

Hi there!

Sorry for your issue!

Would you please recheck the layout from the new template options and reset if necessary, kindly?

https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helix-ultimate-2/layout-builder

If it still shows issue then give me your site URL to check, I will try to fix.

Best Regards

Try Click "Export" to export and save file your old settings .json, then import in the HU 2.0.1 Advanced tab.

Thanks

So, just Export the settings and then reimport them?

Hello Rashida... I have attempted to rebuild the custom header and the same problem still exists. I did see on the link that you sent me that there are 9 predefined Header options. I only see 2.

Either way, I have created a user account for you. Details are hidden.

Thank you for your help.

Hello Joomshaper.... do you have an update here? If not, I'd like to install the version of Helix Ultimate that I had previously. It came within the GIVER template.

  1. How can I know which version was built into the GIVER template when I started out? I still have the original download.
  2. Second option would be to just use one of the Pre Defined Headers. But if I do that, the logo is squished. I need more width for the logo if I use a Pre Defined Header. Is there any safe quick CSS that will allow me more width for the logo?

Thank you for your help.

Hi Jabal,

I have just logged in to your backend, and it seems the credentials you have given me are not for a superuser as I couldn't go to the path: Extensions>Manage>Manage. Please see the screenshot:

If you can give me a superuser to check, probably I can resolve the issue for you.

Best Regards

Are you able to give it another go, Rashida?

I managed to get the menu left aligned, as it was before the upgrade, using CSS that you included in another support thread. But menu right still appears to the left of main menu. URL is in hidden content.

Are you available to help get this final issue resolved so I don't have to roll back to an older version?

Hi Rashida, I managed to correct the situation by added this to custom CSS:

.d-flex { display: inherit !important; }

I would still love a real fix, though.
