Sp LMS Course And Order Not Available After Paypal Successful Purchase

Hi,

  • I use Language school with SP LMS.
  • I have setup paypal merchant email in the settings.
  • I created a frontend user account and then ordered a course, and successfully paid with paypal.
  • When I returned to the 'my purchases' area (as the frontend user that ordered & paid for the course), the course is not there.
  • When I go to the SP LMS > orders section , the orders page is empty as if the order was never placed.
  • When I go to the payer's Paypal account, the order is there but the payment status is "UNCLAIMED".

I would like some help to resolve this issue, please.

Hello Nikos,

Please go through the documentation here and make sure that you have set up everything correctly. Then clear the browser and Joomla cache and try again.

If the issue persists, please share your administrator access with us in the Hidden Content area so that we can have a look from our end.

To correct the problem it is necessary to put a price in the Sale Price field of the course.

It will solve your issue hopefully. Please check from your end and let us know the update.

Hello there,

Then put the same price as shown in the course price, PayPal probably takes the price from there. You can contact with the PayPal support about the issue. They can fix it out for you.

For example please try to purchase this course.

I set the price to only 0.05cents so that you can try on your end.

Please do it and tell me if you see any course on you profile. You wont...

The platform does not allow you to set the same price and sale price.

Please check on the sandbox account at first. If you don't have an account, create an account and check locally before turning it on to the Production mood.

Yes, it is working fine from our end as shown in the screenshot here. Check your settings and talk with your PayPal people about the issue.

I tried from many different computers/devices, no luck.

My paypal people use the same merchant account on other websites as well and it is working fine.

There's nothing to apologise for, I am sorry to say. I have already clarified before with a screenshot that it is working fine on my end. The problem started occurring on your end. So the whole process needs to be checked which we cannot do without having a look into it.
