URL Link On Button Not Working

I am trying to add a link to this external page https://f.io/w180AeXc on this page https://christinemackie.com/writing
I have tried to add it within the text box, button and navigation addons. See the picture Best Girl and the text and buttons are to the right.
It is a page which had two videos on.
It will not accept www anywhere in the URL.
If I create a Joomla article an add https://f.io/w180AeXc it links to it fine.
What do I need to do to make the link work?

Accepted AnswerOk, so I see it is the Section and not the addon that was changed to 1000.
Why, do I have to to this for a simple button url???
Do I have to do this each time?
