Error With SP Page Builder Module

Hello,
Prior of updating to J4 I updated all of my extensions including SPPB. Now that everything are updated, it work great except my SPPB module isn't working anymore. I can't even edit it. When I tried to edit the module it gave me error:
"Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Document\HtmlDocument::addScriptVersion()"
I am currently running on SPPB v3.7.13 and J4.0.2.
Is this a known issue or is there anything we can do to fix it? Because it only happen on 1 of the site. I have another website within the same server and was updated fine without issue. All using the same exact configurations too.

I have actually revert the site back to J3 since I can't seem to get it fix.
I have also found other issues with the latest updates. I am using ShaperHelix Ultimate and now cannot type in any custom css into the template setting. I have to actually do the custom css outside then copy-paste them into the template-->Advance->custom CSS field. This is actually happening on all sites.
