http://69.16.219.106/~johnrasc/ I have not been in this site for two days, pull it up this monring and it is resorted back to the default header colors! I DO NOT understand this! It is very frustrating. Perhaps I am not changeing the presets correctly for header? Header should have white background, black font for the menu and this for the hover #1da4cd. I have had to change this 3 times now in the css, I can't continue doing this everytime I look at the site and it has changed! Please help and fix this, I have supplied login. https://prntscr.com/1qk0p5h

Hello there!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

May I know where you have put up your custom CSS, kindly?

This is the related documentation:

https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helixultimate/custom-code

And if you want to change custom style within the Preset tab:

https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helixultimate/presets-settings

Best Regards

Can you just set the styles for me and then I can see how you did it and learn from that?

Yes, you are right!

It is not recommended to touch the template.css file nor the other default css files of your template.

As I have already shared the related documentation for you above. But I will do the changes for you now and will give you screenshots about it.

So you need the header background color, menu item color and hover color, right?

I have put the necessary code in your custom CSS field as follows:

https://prnt.sc/1qkic49

Note: Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Always use this field to make changes to your CSS kindly, so that they will no be losted anymore.

Best Regards

Thank you, so this is not done in the style settings? You had to do custom code for it?? Certainly there is an easier way to change template colors or is this the only way shy of using the presets?
