SP Page Builder Not A Menu

I would like to link text and open a page that i created using page builder. Is there a way of doing this. I know you can easily do this with menus but i dont want that.

Thanks for your query!
At first please create a page by pagebuilder then in pagebuilder edit page you will get 'Preview' button on top right. By clicking on this you will get the preview and link of this pagebuilder page from address bar. Then just include the link whever you want. The following screenshots may help you:
