Prevent Google Fonts from Loading

Hi SP Team,

it is absolutely necessary to prevent the loading of Google fonts, because since 02.02.2022 there is a judgment that obliges the loading of fonts from Google without prior consent to pay damages.

If you do not integrate this function, the SP PageBuilder is NOT DSGVO compliant in the European market.

The operator of a website had chosen the dynamic variant and had not asked the visitors for consent via a content banner. The plaintiff was disturbed by this. He sued for injunctive relief and damages. The Munich Regional Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff. The infringement led to the plaintiff losing control over his personal data to Google, according to the ruling.
