Helix V1.1.4 Upgrade To Helix Ultimate V2.0.2 Safe?

just wondering.. is helix ultimate 2.0 compatible with old helix v1.1.4?

it actually breaks some things for me.. i wish it doesnt say there is an update for helix ultimate v1.1.4

Hello

Thank you for your query. It is strongly recommended to not upgrade to the latest Joomla versions right now if you already have a live site. There can be issues. However, if you only have Helix Ultimate framework on your site, you can upgrade it to Helix Ultimate 2.x.x. This is not recommended if you have other templates as well in your site.

  1. Please wait for Helix Ultimate 2.0.3 - should be soon.
  2. The full update guide 1.x - 2.x should be published also in the next days.
  3. Remember about backup and clean cache after an update.
