Problem When Editing In Front End A Joomla Article

Hi, I have an other problem when editing in front end a joomla article, this error appears after I click on "Edit with SP Page Builder" : You are not permitted to edit this page because one more user is already checkid-in. Could you help me ? Thank you very match. Regards.
