Row Padding And Background Image Issue

SP Page Builder 3 years ago

I've been using Page Builder for several years and this is the first time I've had this issue. Added row padding and a background image to the row, when saved the padding and background image do not diaplay on the website. The row content displays normally. I've cleared Joomla and browser cache several times. Any ideas?

Please disable the rocket loader from your Cloudflare SSL certificate. Cause, Page Builder resource cannot load properly.

I am asking my client to message the host with a hopeful fix.

However, I don't understand how that will fix the issue. I've disabled this line below, and I've replaced the background image with color. The padding displays when you view the css but padding nor color are applied to that row.

<!-- link rel="manifest" href="/images/favicon/manifest.json" -->

I've noticed the same thing happens in the testimonial section at the bottom of the home page. The sections below do not display their row selectors when viewing the css:

id="exclusive-banner" and id="testimonials"

From where did you remove or commented the code?

besides, you can follow this process to check your issue.

Download A akeeba backup using akeeba backup extension

Install the Akeeba backup in your localhost

Then check & let me know.

I use Akeeba Backup and I have another running copy of the site on my developement server. You are correct, when I tested the same settings on my server, the padding and background displayed without issue. I've sent instructions to my client to notifer their host.

Thank you again.
