Hello dear support team, is there a summary in which constellation the Helix update is not installed and looking for problems with which template? that would certainly make many support inquiries unnecessary. Thankinadvance

Hi. In this article, you can learn that nothing templates except the Helix Ultimate Free are not yet ready to upgrade. https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/joomshaper-s-plans-for-joomla-4

But of course, the team should hang warning in a prominent place - "Do not update your template if it is not standard Helix Ultimate Free

Helix Ultimate based templates will be updated within this month, hopefully. Helix 3 templates will be delayed. Please check our roadmap for Joomla 4
