Need To Change Backgrounds On Pages

I have background color on pages that aren't using SP Pagebuilder for the full page. I need to change the color at least for the background from #FFF8F7 to #ebfcff.

Hello there,

Please use the code below inside custom CSS section. 

#sp-main-body{
background-color: #ebfcff !important;
}

It will solve the issue.
