First thing first - you are using Helix3 and Helix Ultimate 2.x.x simultaneously, which is no way acceptable right now as Helix3 is not compatible yet. This is what caused most of the troubles.

So, if I unistall Helix 3 it can probably solve the issue? I'm not using Helix 3, I use Helix ultimate as default for all pages. How can be the problem?

I disabled all Helix3 extensions, tried all reported in the link, cleared cache, but still I can't edit from frontend :(
