JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate Column Name 'media_attr'

Hi,
While attempting to upgrade to the latest version of PageBuilder 3.7.15, received the following duplicate column error. However I do not have a column same "media_attr" in the database.

Please advise a course of action and thanks in advance,

Thank you for the response... apologies for the "Freudian Slip" on my part: It appears that I do have the "media_attr" column within the _spmedia table.

Attempts to update produce the above error that results in Error Sql Duplicate Column, however I have checked the table and there isn't a duplicate column.

I have an installation that updated fine, and the column is the positioned 9th from left In the production installation the colume is last or 14th from left (that is odd).
