Attempt To Assign Property "preset1" On Null Error

Hi there.

I am currently working on this site mhef.co.za

The template is Decora.

I cannot access the backend of the template anymore as it gives an error (Attempt to assign property "preset1" on null) https://prnt.sc/1sagcjl

Please help :)
