Please try uninstalling SP Page Builder and then install it again. Make sure you have taken a backup before doing this.

Try update Helix Ultimate Framework to version 2.0.5 or change PHP 8 to 7.

I have cleaned up joomla cache and browser cache and now it seems to be ok.
