Hi, yes that's correct but once you click the menu is empy.

I don't understand why, the module is installed correctly on offcanvas position.

Hi there!

Actually your offcanvas menu is there but same colored as your background.

So, please use the following code in your custom CSS to change the color:

.burger-icon>span {
    background-color: #fff;
}

And kindly select offcanvas menu style and save within the menu tab of your Template Options. Here is a screenshot:

Clearing Joomla and browser cache is always important then.
