2 "Styles" Of Helix Ultimate - One Shows Drop Down Arrows, The Other Not?

Hi,
I have 2 different styles of Helix ultimate, one style shows the drop down arrows: http://www.coocoosb.com/test/03/home.html
The other does not?: http://www.coocoosb.com/test/03/
I think this is also linked to my Joomla 4 version, as it seems only on one style that i have the issue.
Does upgrading the component not work on both styles?

This site did not load font-awesome css file: http://www.coocoosb.com/test/03/. Please enable font awesome from advanced section of helix template options ->
Note: This site http://www.coocoosb.com/test/03/home.html is getting font-awesome CSS from SP Page Builder.
