SP Page Builder Not Loading Sections And Templates

I installed joomla 4 through docker on my own machine and updated to version 4.0.3. Also updated SP Page builder Pro to 2.0.5
I am trying to get use SP Page builder and "add a section" and get "page templates" loaded. But the wheel jsut shows up and keeps on spinning.
I know its trying to make a call to
POST /administrator/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=ajax&format=json&callback=pre-page-list HTTP/1.1" 200 19338 "http://localhost:8080/administrator/index.php?
as it show up on my docker logs. I don't think its working even though it is a "200"
I am in canada so I dont think its the api being unavailable.
I checked out an archived post but didnt really see an anwser.
Please let me know if this has been solved thanks!

First you have to download SP Page Builder Pro from here
https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension
Then you have to install it. Go to administrator-->extension-->install
After that you have to active it.Input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close.Your License Key is located in your Dashboard.
Then Clear Joomla and Browser cache.
By the way which template you are using?It is strongly recommended to not upgrade to the latest Joomla versions right now if you already have a live site. There can be issues. However, if you only have Helix Ultimate framework on your site, you can upgrade it to Helix Ultimate 2.x.x. This is not recommended if you have other templates as well in your site.

Accepted AnswerI have had the exact same problem since switching to Joomla 4. They keep telling me to "turn off mod_security" but there is none with GoDaddy.
I discovered when I DON'T put in my licence key, the Sections load but can't be used. When I put the key back in, I just get the spinning wheel of death.
