This "Show own channel Related video" means it will load the related videos only from the channel the main video is linked to the video addon.

And this option is only for YouTube videos.

If you use a video from your own YouTube channel then enabling this option will load the related videos from your channel. But it won't behave as a playlist player or sequencial as per my knowledge.
