I have checked your given URL, and it seems okay to me.

However, slider uses image as background image and it can not be fully visible on all resolution. But you can use the following property values for better experience:

.sp-slider .sp-item .sp-background {
    background-repeat: no-repeat!important;
    background-position: 100% 100%!important;
    background-size: cover!important;
    background-attachment: inherit!important;
        }

I tried adding image as content in slideshow but it is not coming correct. image is reduced too much in width and not appearing complete in slider. What are other option than background? Can i see some responsive example and instructions to follow and implement. The property value that you shared, i pasted in slideshow->style-> Custom CSS but it does not have any impact.

Sorry, I have forgot to share the custom CSS path of the template.

Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Clearing Joomla and browser cache is always important.
