Solved it myself...after a good hour or so of reading ...turns out it diabling mod_security on the server solves the issue.. not sure thats a good thing but its done for now till I find how to get around doing that...

Im not sure if this is just related to just upgrading to J 3.12.2... but it ould be... wasnt happening last week thats for sure ;)
