Using Page Builder In Articles With More Than One Administrator

Hello,

there is probably still a rights problem when using the SP Page Builder in the articles:

We are 2 administrators.

If you open an article and then edit it in the 2nd step with the Page Builder and does not log out properly afterwards, the article remains locked for everyone.

No other superadmin has the possibility to unlock the page builder in the article. You can only unblock the article, but not the page builder used in it.

So you have to contact the person, the person has to log back into the article and then into the page builder. and click on save and close. Then click "Back to Admin" again. Only then is the article released again.

As written, this only applies if the Page Builder is used in the articles and not via the component.

How can the Page Builder in the article be released again by the Superadmin?

Thank you and best regards Bertil

Hello, we have tried the "global check in" method which works wonderfully. Thank you for the great help as always.

Many greetings Bertil
