Articles Using PageBuilder Include A 'Read More'

Hi, I've created a series of Joomla Articles using the PageBuilder Editor, articles are attached to a Joomla Menu Item of Category Blog. When accessing the menu item, all the articles show as a 'Read More' button rather than full articles displayed on the page. I've created the pages as Articles because I want to use individual publishing and unpublishing at certain times/days.
When I switch/look at the Joomla Editor for the Articles, I can see that each article has a Read More above a body of text.
Can I get around this, I don't want the read more, OR I don't want a read more to show on the menu item. If I go to the menu Options and click no to Read Mores, I get a blank page.
Is it possible to create an Article using PageBuilder Editor and have no content created in the tab for Joomla Editor?

Accepted AnswerHi, I've built the articles using SPPB. The information within the videos does not answer my question. Perhaps my explanation is inadequate. I'll try again.
I've built the articles using the SPPB Editor with add ons. I've saved the articles to a joomla Category. I've made a joomla menu item, the type is Category Blog, selecting the category to which I've made 2 articles using SPPB Editor.
When I view the menu item (which has 2 articles), both articles show only as Read More buttons, no text.
When I click on the Read More, the full page is visible, perfectly styled as per the content I added using Add-Ons etc using SPPB Editor. This is not what I want, I want two styled pages to display on the page, as per my Category Blog options.
I'm confused thinking why is there a read more I haven't added one.
When I go to view the article, (there are 2 tabs, one for Joomla Editor, one for SPPB Editor), when I click on the Joomla Editor, I can see there is a read more, nothing is contained above the read more, and I have just plain text in sentences below it. This must be the Read More that is being detected by my Category Blog menu item.
No matter what settings I choose in the Category Blog Menu Item settings, it doesn't display the beautifully styled articles, it just displays a Read More first and if clicked, it then shows the styled article.
I have created other pages using the SPPB Editor (not the Joomla Editor) and these show beautifully, however they are ALL on Joomla Menu Items that are Single Pages -- the only one I have a problem with is Category Blog menu items.
How can I fix this?
