I Can't Use The Layouts (I have The Pro Version)

I have the Personal + SP Builder Pro from the Templates and Extensions section. My problem is that I can't use the layouts. It says that I need the premium version. I talked to someone on live chat and they told me it shouldn't be a problem.

  1. I do have the premium version and I can see it.

  2. When I open the front-end editor it still says "SP Builder Page Builder Lite" but I can use all the addons but not the templates or extensions (if I use them it displays a message that says "Only with the premium version").

  3. I checked and I already added my credentials to the plugin.

Kindly, download the SP Page Builder Pro from the below link:

https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension/sp-page-builder-pro

And reinstall it through Extentions> Manage> Install. Clear your Joomla and browser cache. Then let me know if it helps.
