I have the Personal + SP Builder Pro from the Templates and Extensions section. My problem is that I can't use the layouts. It says that I need the premium version. I talked to someone on live chat and they told me it shouldn't be a problem.

I do have the premium version and I can see it.

When I open the front-end editor it still says "SP Builder Page Builder Lite" but I can use all the addons but not the templates or extensions (if I use them it displays a message that says "Only with the premium version").

I checked and I already added my credentials to the plugin.
