Hi, probably this same way as you did by first time. But you have to be careful with files that you changed already. We made changes how overrides are done in HU 2.0.5, now they are stored in plugin folder. More in Helix Ultimate 2.0 documenation.

If you don't hurry on your place I would wait for HU 2.0.6 (!) some changes are planned soon.
