Dropdown Menu Icons are Now Squares?

Hello,

on one of our websites the icons next to the items in the menu (dropdownlist) are currently showing as squares. No longer a nice icon but a square. What is wrong? shorturl.at/moMR3

For displaying the fonts, please go to template options > advanced > font settings > enable font awesome like shown in the screenshot here

Just jumping in on this. I don't have this option in my Helix 2 template settings. Using Joomla 4 is that makes a difference. Do I need to open a new ticket for this or is it an easy fix?
