Off Canvas Menu Behaviour Issues

Hi there

Joomla 3.10.2 with Helix Ultimate Framework 2.0.5, Indigo template 1.5

Using the Indigo template, when I view the page on mobile devices I see the hamburger and then can see off canvas menu parent items. Where I have child menu items, I see a (+) icon to the right of the parent item.

Clicking the text of the parent item correctly displays a drop down of all of the available child items.

However if I click any (+) icon ( which many humans seem to do), then the child items appear and then immediately disappear (slide down and back up).

Please can you advise how this can be resolved so that when the (+) icon is clicked then the child items display and remain on show so that they can be chosen, just like they do when clicking the text of the same parent item.

I have provided site information for you below in the Hidden Content panel.

Chris

Hello Chris,

I am sorry to say but Indigo template is not yet Joomla4 compatible as it has J2store inside which is not Joomla4 compatible yet. So please rollback to the older Helix Ultimate version, clear the browser and Joomla cache and try again.

Hopefully it will solve the issue.

Thanks!

I'm sorry but I don't think you've actually understood or even read my point! I'm not using Joomla 4!! I didn't even mention Joomla 4.

This is a problem with mega menu / of canvas menu on the website using the Indigo template on Joomla 3.10.2!

Please can you read my email message again and revisit this question?

You are welcome. The code is in Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom JavaScript option. Please accept the answer that helped you. It will be then easier to find the solution for the other users with the same issue. There is a button to accept answer after each comment.
