Blurred Website When Using IOS/Android

When I use the template style shaper_helixultimate with my Menu item, I get a blurred screen on iOS and Android. This happened after an automatic template update a few days ago. I can select other templates and the problem goes away. I have downloaded and installed the latest software, and still have the same problem. Some guidance to resolve this would be welcome, as I have run out of ideas. Thanks Mark

Here is the path: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then you will find the Menu tab.
Would you please give me a screenshot if this path doesn't seem to identical for your case?

Clearing Joomla and browser cache is always important.

Accepted AnswerThanks for the picture, its clear, however, I have no idea where to find that menu/screen. When I select the off-canvas items within Joomla I get nothing like the image you shared.
