I think you have issues in your configuration.php file which is out of our hand. Please follow this blog to know about updating your site. You may find more useful tutorials on YouTube on installing Joomla 4.

But This is not our software problem, it's from Joomla installer, problem seems to be on your server setting.

In that case create configuration.php file - empty one. It may help.

on forum.joomla.org - there are tips as well.

Probably you won't be able to install clean Joomla as well.

I can share a Joomla 4.0.3 backup with you. Are you okay with it?

I'm istalling Helix Joomla version 4.0 so I guess the issue should be known even if it's not a a software problem.

We can try the Joomla 4.0.3 backup maybe

  1. Please delete all folders
  2. Use Ofi package
  3. Have you tried to install raw Joomla 4.0.x (from joomla.org) only for test?
