Joomla Upgrade Error

I have Estate installed on a Joomla site but when I am trying to upgrade the site I am getting an error message. Ajax Loading Error, Not found when trying to do the upgrade. If I try to do the update through the Install option, Error - Unable to detect manifest file, is what I get.

Which version of Joomla you have and which version you want to have?
If in your php.ini the max_execution_time and memory_limit PHP parameters are too low, this error can appear.
Would you please check that? The issue seems related to Joomla but not with our product I guess.
