Hi! Have issue with startpage on SP Page Builder: https://prnt.sc/x70uzc The page should look like this: https://freud.online/

From time to time, but 10-15 times per day, I have to clean cashe of Joomla. After that the page is functioning. After certain period (5 minutes, 3 hours, randomly) I get the same issue: https://prnt.sc/x70uzc.

Can you please review?

The third day after posting. Error on homepage as usual: https://prnt.sc/xf8rns. Disappears after cleaning cache. Still zero reaction from support, anthough asked already tho times in chat!!!

Info: mistake happens only on main page, not on other ones.

I have checked your site yesterday and today. It seems okay. Are you checking with the same browser? Then clear Browser's cache.

The site is absolutely NOT OK, because I am cleaning Cache continiously in Joomla, in Smartphone, on PC!!!!! So please react, because the starting page is being destroyed several times per day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just cleaned the cache of Smartphone, and get the same issue: https://prnt.sc/xfs6vw

It is about cache on server, and the issue occurs only for homepage, not for any single subpages!!! And after deletinv cache in Joomla mistake disappears and accurs again after short period of time

Sorry, I do not understand, what you mean. You wanna have AnyDesk connection to my private Windows PC? The issue is on the web server, why you do not request to web server? And what do you want to do on my private PC which has nothing to do with the web server?

Goog morning from Europe! Same issue today: https://prnt.sc/zpcmha, solvet it after cleaning cache. Access to AnyDesk on private PC (although I have no clue why you need my private PC for solving issues with SP Page Builder) is open. Status of solution???

I have provided to you the access to my private PC yesterday as you requested over AnyDesc, and PC was runnign whole night and day without your access))) But it is not the ussue of the PC: I have 2 pieces at home, and just now the issue was AGAIN and was visible AT 2 DIFFERENT PCs in 2 DIFFERENT BROWSERS (Chrome and Edge) simultaniously. So it is not the question of local PC settings.
