Menu To Edit Theme Front-End Not SHown

Hi: Newbie to HelixUltimate (used before Astroid and Gantry). After veryfing a YouTube video and after struggling to find hot to edit template, I found my installtion is NOT shown the Front End Helix Menu. Basic, Presets - Layouts - Typography, Custom Code, Advance. So I am 'lost' don't know how to access / modify those. Wonder if installation was correct.

I used quickstart Konstra template. Installed with Joomla 4.03 (now upgraded to Joomla 4.04). System setup Apache 2.4.51, PHP 7.4.25, MySQL 8, Ubuntu 20.04.

Please veryfy if backend Helix Ultimate functionality is correct.

Support fixed it. But will like to know what was the problem so in the future with another website know what to look into.

Hi: Well think will have to dig more into Helix. But having feedback from Joomshaper will help. Have to get use to Helix and the Template Menu is not being shown not sure if I changed something. I do see SP Page Builder Menu when click EDIT. Have not been working with the site at all today.

BTW, just trying to get familiar before converting from Joomla 3.

You may follow his videos on our template or there are other resources as well. Also, you can check our documentation too.
