Sorry for the delay getting back to you. The company that hosts the site is very strict about access to the Cpanel (I had to request they create a Cpanel for as they don't allow access outside of my IP address)

As a workaround, I was able to successfully install a componant called "phpMyJoomla" with all features needed to edit the database. Please log into the site (see hidden content) and let me know if you have everything you need to access the database via phpMyJoomla.

I've included credentails to acces cpanel (see hidden content). These credentials are from an encrupted email, so I'm not sure it will work for you.

I added phpMyJoomla component which manages and exports data bases from the backend of Joomla. If phpMyJoomla won't give you the database access you need, would installing something like this component work? https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/chrono-connectivity/

The site also uses Extplorter component for FTP access within the Jooma backend (I don't have access via traditional FTP). Please advise.

I've been using your products for years. Happy to write you a stellar testimonial. One thing first, my hosting admins made the changes (I checked them myself, auto_increment is on for spmedia table).

However, I still can't insert imgages and create or clone pages. Please advise.

I have disabled this extension and now it works fine.

Not sure what you mean by "do the same work". Do you mean to auto_increment each of the of the following tables?
