Hello, I'm using Fixter template but I have a problem with the side menu. www.ttitalia.it In practice, not all monitors are able to display the side menu, some are unable to display the last three items. It is possible to raise the whole menu upwards, there is space to use Look at the photo https://gyazo.com/ce53f904a471ce02e786590e3a7a5e7b

Tnx so much

The problem is not chrome, firefox or Edge .. the problem occurs with monitors with a lower resolution than 1920 (especially laptop). Since there is some space at the top, is it not possible to turn up the menu?

Yes its possible by using custom css but it seems ok on my laptop. You can follow this blog and use custom css

Sorry for the delay.

Use this custom css

body.predefined-header1 #sp-header .sp-megamenu-wrapper .sp-megamenu-parent{
    position:relative;
    bottom:90px;
}

Note: Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.
