I have few options for you:

1. You can customize that file: templates\shaper_floox\features\contact.php OR
2. Keep disabled from Helix, but in position "top1" publish a Custom module with your own HTML code or publish SPPB module, as you wish. OR
3. Use custom CSS. You can add icon there, but it won't look so good, so a custom social icon module would be better I think. Here is a sample custom CSS for you to check though:

   li.sp-contact-email::before{
    content: "\f0e0  " !important;
    font-family: 'Font Awesome 5 Free';
    font-weight: 600;
   }

   Note: Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Thanks for the suggestions, just wondering why this is not supported out of the box, while Phone & Work Schedule are icons, why is Email spelt out and not an icon, is this something Joomshaper can support out of the box so that we don't need a customization on our side.
