Cannot Create New Pages

Hi there

I can't create new pages in SPPB. Why? Never had this before...

SPPB Pro 3.7.8 Joomla 3.9.24 PHP 7.1

I did a quick install of Helix Ultimate, updated the Joomla version and databases in the backend. After that I deleted all pages except the "Home" page and wanted to create my own. However, only 1 page could be created additionally, so I have the "Home" page and another. What I do not understand: Why was the ID=0 automatically assigned to the newly created page? This is not normal, is it? Please look at the screenshot...

Hi Toufiq

Everything works after migration to a Linux server, a new database with mysql 5.7 and a new joomla installation.

Why I have to do that? You have my access. Please solve the problem.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled SP Page Builder. I wanted to update the database, but it did not work, although there was a positive feedback. Please take a look, it is really urgent.

Is it possible that it does not work because it is a Windows server and not a Linux server?

I have xampp installed on my computer, but unfortunately with a virus. I have uninstalled everything again and do not want to install this program again.

I have read some posts from the forum and probably it is because of the file permissions. Unfortunately it's a windows server and you can't change the file permissions via Filezilla. I will arrange a migration to a Linux server, but first I have to get the access data for the customer's control panel. I will be happy to get back to you if this option does not work.
