"add A Row" Option has Disappeared

Using sp page builder pro 3.8 I have been nesting rows inside columns for awhile with no problem. Now, all of a sudden the column feature I need to do it is gone! Please see the screen shots below and let me know if page builder has changed something or what! the add a new row option is missing. If I go toa previous row, the option is there,but it is not longer there in new rows. Should I reinstall pro 3.8? I have the site on my local server so there is no way for you to look at it.

I couldn't find the screenshot in your post. Would you please check and give me one? A screencast would be better too. You can upload your image/video to any online server and share the link with us here. Even any free online tool can be used either. For example : https://imgur.com/upload
