How to remove or replace the word [Lesson]?

ej: [Lesson] Módulo 1 - Derechos Humanos de las Mujeres y Diversidades

In each Lesson, at the end I have a list of all the lessons, but since we are from Argentina, we need to remove that word in English.

I tried to look in the language file, but I had no success and the same in overrides.

I found the word [Lesson] calbled, that is not good, because for people who do not have English as their first language, we are left without being able to translate the component.

In the File components / com_splms / layouts / course / content.php You can change the word [Lesson]
